ABOUT THE ROLE

OUT-2 Design Group is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to support the delivery of high-quality technical documentation across our architecture and interior design projects. This role is critical in translating design intent into accurate, buildable information.

Supported by a clear and structured design process, the role focuses on delivering accurate, coordinated, and buildable documentation that supports high-quality, human-centred, and sustainable design outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed drawing packages across all relevant project stages, primarily technical design, tender, and construction documentation

• Ensure documentation accuracy, coordination, and compliance with standards

• Work closely with design teams to resolve technical details

• Take ownership of quality assurance (QA) for assigned documentation packages, ensuring all drawings are thoroughly checked, coordinated, and compliant with OUT-2 Design standards prior to issue

• Support site coordination, shop drawing reviews, and respond to construction queries

• Fully understand Vietnamese regulations and standards (TCVN, QCVN, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in architectural or interior documentation

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)

• Solid understanding of construction detailing and local regulations

• High attention to detail and strong coordination skills

• Fluent Vietnamese; English is an advantage
