ABOUT THE ROLE

OUT-2 Design Group is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the delivery of high-performance workplace, education, and mixed-use environments. This is a hands-on design role focused on shaping environments that improve how people work, learn, and live by translating client ambitions into clear, buildable design outcomes from concept through to construction.

Supported by a well-defined and structured design process, the role focuses on delivering high-quality, human-centred, and sustainable design outcomes across all project stages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design across all relevant project stages, from strategic briefing and concept design through to construction and handover

• Translate strategic briefs into clear spatial planning and design solutions aligned with project objectives

• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure integrated and consistent project delivery

• Maintain design quality and ensure all outputs align with project intent, OUT-2 Design standards, and client expectations

• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a high-performance and collaborative studio environment

• Participate in site coordination, review construction progress, and resolve design-related issues

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 5 - 8 years’ experience in interior design or architecture

• Strong portfolio across workplace, education, or mixed-use projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (Revit advantageous)

• Strong design, planning, and coordination skills

• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, visuals, and presentations

• Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication
